Pick Your Own Promotion
1. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding the Promoter's employees and their immediate families, agents, third parties or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. There are 93 daily prizes of £1000 cash to be won, plus one final draw for £1000 at the end of the promotion.
3. To enter; Text "RIBENA" followed by the 6 digit Ribena entry code found on promotional packs to 67777.
4. Promotion starts 00.01 on 1st July 2010 and closes at 16.59 on 1st October 2010.
5. Maximum of 3 entries per person per day.
6. Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate if sent from the UK. You will not be charged for any text message received from the Promoter. If you are texting from outside the UK you will be charged for any messages sent or received at your provider's relevant rates.
7. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made indirectly or via the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for text messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control. Return text is proof of entry.
9. Residents of Northern Ireland Only NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - For the same chance of winning with no purchase, send your name and address on a postcard, to Ribena Juicy Bonus NPN, Department Number PO Box 106, Welshpool SY21 7WW to be received by 1st October 2010. Only one entry per stamped postcard, maximum of 3 entries per person per day. All such entries will be entered into the next available draw and winners will be notified by post within 30 days of the draw date.
10. Draws will take place at 17.00 every day during the promotional period and be conducted by an independently audited software programme from all entries received within the previous 24 hours (15 hours on the first day). Entries will not be rolled over.
11. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days by text and will be required to submit further texts, at standard rate, to confirm their name and delivery address. If no response from the winner is received after 14 days the Promoter retains the right to withdraw the prize and reallocate it to a reserve winner.
12. There is one final draw for all entries made between 17.00 on 1st October 2010 and 16.59 on 1st November 2010. This draw will take place at 17.00 on 1st November 2010 and a maximum of 3 entries per person will be allowed for the final draw
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants it believes are acting in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. Every entrant will be offered the chance to opt in for a money off coupon and/or to receive future news from Ribena via email. To claim the money off coupon you will need to reply to the Promoter's text message with your email address to 67777. Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate. There will be coupon values of 18 pence of all flavours of Ribena 500ml bottles, 10 pence off all flavours of Ribena Tetra Pak, 39 pence off all flavours of Ribena squash 600ml, 54 pence off Ribena squash 1ltr, 99 pence off Ribena squash 2ltr, 23 pence off 4-pack of Ribena lunchbox cartons and 45 pence off 10-pack of Ribena lunchbox cartons.
15. By entering the prize draw you will be deemed to have opted in to receive SMS messages connected to the promotion. To opt-out, text "STOP" to 67777 at any time.
16. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. Winners will receive their prize within 28 days. Winners may be asked for proof of identity and/or proof of purchase.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays by the postal services or for incorrect details being provided by the winner.
19. Your name and address will only be retained for the duration of and for the purposes of this promotion and will be deleted afterwards unless you opt into receive further communications. See www.ribena.co.uk for our privacy policy.
20. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion.
