HOW TO ENTER:

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to purchase a participating Ribena product (listed below) and scan the QR code on pack to enter. Smart phone and internet access required.

Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to receive the prize drawn and incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Promotion microsite from an eligible and participating country (which comprises the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland). Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of these countries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Entrants who provide valid details and answer correctly within the allocated time (where applicable), will be deemed as an eligible entrant. The following details must be provided:

Winners will be allocated at random from all complete, accurate and eligible entries throughout the competition period. There will be one thousand one hundred and nineteen (1,119) random winning moments during the competition period.

All prizes are guaranteed to be won provided there are an adequate number of entries to exceed the quantity of prizes.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won after providing relevant entry details.

Winners are required to submit their prize claim within a ten (10) working day period from the date on which the winner received their ‘winner’ in-page notification during entry. Winners will also be contacted by email within one (1) working day of their allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entering. This will be the winner's prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

If a prize claim is being made through the prize claim reminder email, the winner’s claim must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within ten (10) working days of receiving the prize claim reminder email, shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter of loss of prize due to re-allocation.

The winners will receive their claimed prize or confirmation of, and supply of relevant documents for, their travel prize within thirty (30) calendar days of providing their proof of purchase to the Promoter. The winners will be required to make a choice from the selection of prizes they have been offered within their allocated tier as below (Please refer to the prize details in the terms and conditions):

Prize Type A (Main Prize): One option to be chosen from the UK/ROI 3- or 7-night break prizes up to the value of £1,650 / €1,650 (see details at 21 below).

Prize types will be allocated at random. Winners do not have the right to request a specific prize type.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within ten (10) working days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

d)

Virgin Experience Days is not involved or associated with the administration of the Promotion and to the maximum extent permitted by law is released from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion.

PRIZE TYPE C (CASH PRIZE): ONE THOUSAND (1000) X ‘CASH PRIZES’

Each winner will win one (1) £50 / €50 cash prize, which will be issued in the currency of the country the winner is ordinarily resident in.

c)

Winners will be contacted via email and sent a separate secure link to provide banking information.

d)

Payments will be actioned within thirty (30) calendar days of the winner uploading banking information.

UK/ROI BREAKS AND EXPERIENCE CLAUSES

All prizes are valid for travel until September 2025 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. All travel must be completed by 30th September 2025.

All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Available locations will be in the country the winner is ordinarily resident in. Travel will be subject to the availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.

A BACS transfer for spending money allocated to each prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name 10 weeks before departure of the trip subject to providing satisfactory details of a current UK or Irish bank account (as applicable). Spending money will be issued in the currency of the country the winner is ordinarily resident in.

All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the promotion. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.

Where a choice of venues has been offered, winners will be asked to provide a county to the prize providers. Alternatively, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer the closer venue to the winners home address.

The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for accommodation providers withdrawing or amending bookings. In the event of this, winners must contact the Promoter or Cloud Nine and a suitable alternative will be offered in accordance with clause 18 these terms and conditions.

All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the Promoter. Any requests relating to locations, accommodation type and dates cannot be guaranteed.

All expenses, travel and other costs NOT expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. In such circumstances, the prize winner is responsible for those additional charges.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

Center Parcs, Cottage Stay and any other prize providers are not involved or associated with the administration of the promotion but are responsible for the redemption of the prize(s) as stipulated in these terms and their terms and conditions. Unless specified in these terms and conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law those parties are released from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion.

LIABILITY:

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;

b)

any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;

c)

problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and

d)

any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winner(s) may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize (except to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility for the same); and
any act, omission, or default of any third-party supplier.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry.

If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Any correspondence entered into is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
